Atlantic HealthCare Group Inc., provides Personal Care Services to eligible clients in Horry, Georgetown and Marion counties.
Our Personal Care Services fall within two levels of care, PCI and PCII.
Services provided under PCI level of care include:
• Home safety
• Light housekeeping
• Shopping
• Errands
Services provided under PCII include those of PCI and:
• Care assessments
• Assistance with eating/feeding
• Assistance in bathing
• Personal hygiene care
• Incontinence care/assistance with toileting
• Meal preparation
• Ambulation assistance
• Client monitoring including vital signs
• Medication monitoring
Our assessments are performed by a registered nurse in conjunction with the client and/or family member along with the client’s physician. Our care is provided by our dedicated team of Certified Nurse’s Assistants and Personal Care aides who are trained in dealing with geriatric and special needs clients, and receive a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education per calendar year.
Our Personal Care Coordinator is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle all of your staffing needs.
